GEMMACOL offers Colombian emeralds for trade, including:
We make every effort to accurately describe our products, including weight (carats), dimensions, clarity, colour, and origin. Photographs are provided for reference and may not perfectly represent the true colour, size, or inclusions of a stone due to differences in display calibration and lighting conditions.
All emeralds offered by GEMMACOL are supplied with ICG (International Coloured Gemstone) certification and origin documentation where applicable. Any specific certification requirements must be agreed in writing prior to completing a purchase.
All stock is subject to availability. As emeralds are unique natural gemstones, we cannot guarantee that any specific stone will remain available. We will notify you promptly if a requested stone is no longer available.
Due to the bespoke nature of our trade, orders are processed through direct communication with our team, typically initiated via our Availability Request form, email, or telephone. An order is formally accepted only when confirmed in writing by GEMMACOL.
A binding contract between you and GEMMACOL is formed when we send you a written order confirmation. Prior communications, including quotations, constitute invitations to treat, not binding offers.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if:
All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are exclusive of VAT and any applicable taxes, duties, or import charges, which are the buyer's responsibility. Prices on the website are indicative and subject to confirmation at the time of order.
Payment terms are agreed on a per-transaction basis and confirmed in writing with each order. We may require a deposit or full payment in advance depending on the order value and buyer history. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of order.
In the event of late payment, GEMMACOL reserves the right to charge interest in accordance with Spanish commercial law and to suspend fulfilment of outstanding orders until payment is received.
GEMMACOL ships globally using insured, tracked courier services. Delivery terms (Incoterms), timelines, and shipping costs are agreed per order. Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery to the agreed delivery address.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees payable in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility.
Given the nature of high-value natural gemstones, all sales are final once an order has been confirmed and payment received, unless:
Any claim for return or refund must be made in writing to hello@gemmacol.com within 5 business days of receipt of the goods, accompanied by photographic evidence. Returns must be agreed in writing before any goods are shipped back.
