For emeralds valued up to €10,000, we offer international delivery via Ferrari. Shipping costs are calculated according to destination and are not included in the purchase price.
For emeralds exceeding €10,000, we also provide a bespoke hand-delivery service by a member of our team. Pricing is determined based on the destination.
Alternatively, you are warmly invited to arrange a private appointment to collect your emeralds in person at our headquarters in Alicante, Spain.
Regarding insurance, our experts will gladly advise you on our trusted partners, or you may select a provider of your choice. This consultation is offered on a complimentary basis; however, insurance costs remain the client's responsibility.
